ToRankOnAI is a one-time digitally generated audit. This policy is subject to mandatory consumer law.

Refunds we will consider

• Duplicate charge for the same purchase.
• Payment completed but the audit was not delivered because of a service technical failure.
• The delivered audit is materially defective and cannot reasonably be corrected or regenerated.
• A refund is required by law, card-network rules or the payment provider.

After successful delivery

A refund is normally not offered merely because you dislike the score, disagree with an AI observation, expected a particular ranking, or changed your mind, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Digital-content consumer rights

Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, this policy does not waive it. Checkout may request express consent to begin digital performance immediately and an acknowledgement of the legal consequences for withdrawal rights once performance begins or digital content is supplied.
